GRI was established to focus on investing in the San Francisco Bay Area's real estate markets with an aggressive goal of generating high returns from BOTH rent AND appreciation, at the same time.

Assaf Benjamin, President & Founder, has been successfully investing in the Bay Area for 11 years

We invest across the Bay Area, through-LLC based groups of investors


Every group is invested in one LLC, which is invested in one property. 

This is true transparency


We're buying small multifamily buildings (normally 5-30 units)


And then we add our value - remodeling, renovating, upgrading and managing the property the way we believe it should be managed.

Because we deliver high returns on both yearly cash on cash (based on the rents and net incomes) and property appreciation (based on adding value and carefully selected locations)


Because we are scanning the Bay Area on an on-going basis, looking for the right properties


Because we are invested with our own private cash, in any group, just like any other investor


Because we know the Bay Area well. And since real estate is all about LOCATION, we believe in perfectly understanding the location in- which we invest

Hi! My name is Assaf, President and Founder at GRI. 


I've been living in the Bay Area for many years. I started investing in real estate early on, and created for myself a set of tools and methodologies, to help me determine my investing strategy, and then my execution tactics.

I've been living in the Bay Area for many years. I started investing in real estate early on, and created for myself a set of tools and methodologies, to help me determine my investing strategy, and then my execution tactics. 


Throughout the years, many friends and colleagues asked me to invest their available funds alongside mine. Eventually, I decided to go for it and started forming groups of investors - under LLCs. And that is the pattern today - we invest as a group, and GRI does basically everything for the group.   


I live in Foster City with my wife and 3 kids and I LOVE everything I do involving real estate!
